The relevant, precise and accurate geotechnical and hydrogeological study will help the owners and designers to find the best and fit engineering solution for the problems that they may encounter during the design and construction of buildings. Aside from the municipality’s requirements, the geotechnical and hydrogeological investigation will help the designers to move in the right direction to prevent the project from unknown problems during the permit procedure and construction.
