About Speaker:
Wells Baker is the Technical Director at EQ Building Performance Inc. where he provides technical support to EQ’s three lines of business, namely, energy modelling, sustainability
consulting, and building commissioning. With nearly 20 years of experience in the sustainable building industry, Wells has extensive knowledge of building design, development and operation. He is focused on driving the industry towards high performance buildings
and has a keen interest in passive design, building resilience, as well as occupant health and comfort. He believes that incorporating sustainability into buildings and businesses is the best way to create lasting value. Wells helped to establish the Toronto
Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council and has served two terms on its Board of Directors.
