This webinar presents the building industry’s inclination towards Modularization and Sustainability. There are considerable benefits in combining this building system with Timber structures. The aim of this presentation is to introduce Mass Timber and our case study of the Tall Timber Modular System (TTM). Modern pioneering techniques (smart & eco-sustainable) are key features of the construction.

About Speakers:
Peyman Askari Nejad, MSc., PMP, CIArb
Founder and President of PAN Partners with 21 years of progressive design, construction and project management experience of a showcase of internationally renowned complex concrete, steel structures and Mass Timber. Peyman is the recipient of multiple awards and honors. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of super-tall buildings, speaking in many International Conferences worldwide. Much of his career to date has been involved in iconic and prestigious challenging Super Tall building projects including the world’s tallest – the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, leading the structural design of the World Trade Centre Tower 2 (WTC2), in New York City.
Farid Rezaeian, Phd, P.Eng.
CEO of SAZAN has over 25 years of experience in structural and seismic design, structural retrofit, and connection design. He has published more than 10 ISI and international papers in structural subjects. Farid has been a part of the committee in several international conferences and is a member of the scientific committee in STESSA 2021. In recent years he has been working more in sustainable structural materials, timber structures and mass timber.
