 Master Degree in Engineering or Architecture

 P.Eng (Professional Engineer),or BCIN Licence

 Registered Architect or Interior Designer

 Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.

 Has built at least one residential or commercial building, subject to BOD approval
